Built into the coral-stone walls of an 18th-century warehouse, the Cotton House has always been the island’s social hub, the place where villa owners and visitors have mingled and entertained. Today that club-like intimacy has been joined by the services and facilities of a world-class boutique hotel.
A member of Small Leading Hotels of the World, it has just 17 rooms and suites, elegantly designed and equipped with contemporary comforts. 11 rooms have their own plunge pools, and the two-bedroom villa "Residence" has a full swimming pool and its own 24-hour butler.
The hotel’s beautiful spa has four treatment rooms and a fitness center overlooking the sea. Meals are served at the chic-yet-informal Verandah Restaurant, and at the Beach Café steps from the water at Endeavour Bay. Afternoon tea is laid out by the lily pond and, at dusk, groups gather for cocktails in the Great Room Bar.
Guests have access to all island activities, including the Tuesday-evening cocktail party and movie screenings under the stars on Fridays and Saturdays.
