Though only three miles long and encompassing just 1,400 acres, Mustique offers many ways to have the holiday of a lifetime, including some activities that are quite unique to Mustique:

Macaroni Beach is perhaps the most famous of Mustique's nine beaches and is situated on the east coast of the island. Other popular beaches on the Atlantic or Caribbean are Endeavour, Lagoon, L'Ansecoy, Pasture Bay and Simplicity, several have picnic hut facilities. Some beaches are connected along the coastline by rustic stone paths.
Mustique's lagoon is the perfect setting for bird watching. Over 50 species are indigenous to Mustique including the Mangrove Cuckoo and Tropical Kingbird.

Our Island Activities Coordinator can organize a day of sightseeing to other islands. Trips to St. Vincent with tours to the capital, Kingstown, La Soufriere volcano, waterfalls, Salt Pond at Owia or guided hiking and biking tours through the rainforest are popular activities.
Our Equestrian Centre offers trail rides around most parts of the island. Riders can trek up into the hills, admiring the wonderful views, and/or ride through the surf on a white sand beach. The Centre has horses to suit every riding level for children as well as adults. During the main seasons Pony Camps are organized for the children. Lessons are also available for children and adults.

Sport and leisure fishing are available. Spear fishing, however, is not allowed.

The island's spa offers a full-service fitness centre for our owners, villa and hotel guests, with treadmills, weights and cardiovascular equipment, all just steps from the beach..
For an invigorating hike, the island has a 2.2 mile marked fitness trail with 14 different exercise stations / posts.
Our Activities Department can arrange a day of golf at the Trump International Golf Club on nearby Canouan Island. Trump International Golf Course is 18 holes, 72 par and a
10 minute flight by charter or a 45 minute boat ride to Canouan. Day Package includes fees, cart, and lunch at the Beach Café.
Several trails are marked for visitors to explore Mustique. Nature hikes are popular with guests to see the beautiful flora and fauna or learn the history of the island going back to the days of old sugar mills and plantation houses.
Mustique’s harbour and jetty is sheltered from the trade winds. Mooring buoys are provided for vessels with draughts up to 15 feet.
Mustique's natural beauty, rolling landscape and deserted beaches lends itself to plenty of photo opportunities. The Mustique Company offers a booklet "A Natural History of Mustique" to guide photographers to some of the best views. A variety of nature and hiking trails are also listed.

The Grenadines are known as a sailor's paradise. We can arrange for sunset cruises, day trips on powerboats or sailing yachts to the neighbouring exotic Grenadine Islands to visit Petit St. Vincent, Canouan, Tobago Cays, Palm, Mayreau and Bequia. Private chartered cruises are also available.

The Cotton House Spa, located on Endeavour Bay with a fitness center, four dedicated treatment rooms, a relaxation room with stunning sea views and a specialist beauty salon, the Mustique Spa encompasses a wide selection of treatments using E’SPA’s “Energy, Harmony and Balance” product range. Weekly open-air movie during the season on Fridays for children and Saturday for adults at the Cotton House lawn.
The Mustique Tennis Centre offers four complimentary floodlit courts (two Laycold and two Omni), to villa owners and guests with a reservation (ext. 800) between sunrise and 8:30 pm. The island’s Resident Tennis Pro, Richard Schaffer, and his assistant pro Trevor Sam, operate the tennis shop and offer private lessons by appointment. Tournaments and junior/pee-wee camps are available at various times throughout the year.

Located at Macaroni Beach.
The island's Watersports, located on the Cotton House beach, offers a selection of aquatic activities. There are nearly 20 dive sites near Mustique. PADI-sanctioned courses are offered from beginner to divemaster level. In addition, the dive shop now offers "bubble maker" introductory diving courses for children ages 8 - 11.
Island Boat tours, sailing, kayaking, wind surfing, snorkeling are also available.
