Architectural styles range from Balinese and Italian to French Plantation and typical Caribbean gingerbread.

On arrival at Mustique Airport, guests are warmly welcomed by a representative of Mustique’s Villa Rental Department and assisted with customs and immigration. Guests are escorted to their chosen villa and given a tour of the residence, introduced to the dedicated staff and provided with any assistance required. Departing guests are also escorted to the airport and given a fond farewell.

Our Human Resources Department would be happy to arrange for babysitting services. Please contact directly at kspencer@mustique.vc with advance notice, if possible.

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required 6 months prior to the date of arrival and becomes non-refundable. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Guests are, therefore, urged to purchase travel insurance. To avoid delays, exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges, it is requested that payments be made by bank telegraphic transfer. Details will be supplied by The Mustique Company or our approved suppliers.

However, if a certified cheque or cashier’s cheque is more convenient, either can be mailed to the Company at its Mustique mailing address. Payments shall not be considered to have been made until they are actually received by the Company. Neither the owner nor Mustique Company or its agents will be responsible for bank charges. Deposits can be made by credit card.

Check-out time is 12 noon. All efforts are made to have accommodations available upon arrival, however, immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.

Neither the owners nor the Company or its agents shall be liable for injury or damage to a guest or to any person who occupies the villa, or be liable for damage to their property, except to the extent that such damages are the direct result of the owner's or Company's negligence.

Each guest is responsible for all acts of the guest's family and all other persons the guest invites into the villa. Guests must keep the villa appliances, equipment, furniture, furnishings and other personal property supplied therewith clean and in good order and repair. Failure to do so will entitle the owner, or the Company on behalf of the owner, to make appropriate repairs at the guest's expense.
