Cook on the SandThe Beach Café chefs tend spectacular firepits in front of you on Endeavour Bay beach. The speciality is slow cooked pork, wrapped in banana leaves and buried in the sand over hot coals.
BackgammonChallenge yourself against other island guests at our weekly backgammon night in the Great Room at The Cotton House.
Tuesday night cocktailsThe Mustique Company invites island villa guests and residents to the weekly cocktail party in the Great Room at The Cotton House.
Jump UpJump Up takes place on a Wednesday evening at the island’s infamous bar in Britannia Bay. The mood is lively with cocktails flowing and live music from local Vincentian musicians and DJs. Jump Up is the perfect event to let your hair down and dance well into the evening.
Taco & Tequila nightA chance to enjoy the spirit of Mexico at Basil’s Bar with tacos, margaritas and tequila aplenty. Live music and dancing is also on the menu.
Beach Cafe Happy Hour & a halfOn Friday nights at the Beach Café, Happy Hour & a Half is a chance to catch up with other guests on the island and enjoy a large selection of contemporary and classic cocktails. The Beach Café also does fresh pizzas from its wood- fired pizza oven. You can eat in or order your favourite to take away.
Sunset SessionsSunset Sessions on Sunday is your chance to fully immerse yourself in local live music at Basil’s Bar whilst enjoying sundowners and a spectacular sunset right on the waterfront. The restaurant is open until late, serving local and contemporary cuisine from its open kitchen and delicious flatbreads from the pizza oven.

On the Eastern coastline Macaroni Beach, regarded as one of top ten beaches in the world, is a dramatic sweeping crescent lined with powder white sand under a rich green canopy of palm trees
Ask your villa staff or the hotel to book a gazebo on the beach of your choice and they will prepare a feast for you to enjoy with your friends.
Mustique's Equestrian Centre
Explore Mustique on horseback, trekking up into the hills or splashing along the shoreline. One of the finest Equestrian Centres in the Caribbean, we have a stable of horses from thoroughbreds to ponies, to suit all levels and abilities.
Riding for all levels
Our Equestrian Centre is run by highly experienced staff with horses and ponies to suit beginners through to the more serious equestrian offering group or private lessons.
Guests can choose to fine tune their showjumping or dressage in group or private lessons, or join a ride and explore the island trails cooling off afterwards with the ultimate experience of swimming on horseback in the sea.
The children’s pony camps in particular are very popular, so it is advisable to book in advance.

The hiking trails on Mustique are wonderfully varied. Every route will help you discover the extraordinary bio-diversity of the island. Whether taking in the Bird Sanctuary walk with the family, the Moonscape & South Point hike, or a four-hour full island circumnavigation, you are guaranteed beautiful wildlife and sensational views.Please take only pictures, and leave only footprints.
Early morning hikes are the perfect time to meet the island’s more reticent wildlife. We recommend suitable footwear and plenty of water and sunscreen when hiking. Please be aware of the heat of the day and tell someone where you have gone. Collect a map from your villa or from the front desk at the offices for distances, times and more information on all routes.

The Mustique Tennis Club
The Mustique Tennis Club is one of the most important community hubs on the island, loved by owners, guests and island residents alike. There are six floodlit omni-courts. Use of the tennis courts is complimentary.
A range of tennis lessons and courses for all ages are available with our resident tennis coach, including daily drop-in games for those looking for social match play, with seasonal camps and tournaments in high season.

There is an extensive range of watersports available on the island from scuba diving to snorkeling, and windsurfing to sailing.
Visit our well stocked Watersports Centre located on Endeavour Bay where the watersports guys will run you through all the options. You can choose from boogie boards, stand-up paddle boards or snorkels and fins to explore the reefs beneath the sea. The equipment can even be dropped off at your favourite beach.
Mustique offers some fantastic scuba diving. With a dedicated team of professional PADI instructors and dive masters, and the latest dive equipment, we cater for beginners who want to gain their PADI certification through to experienced divers who want to head out on the dive boat and explore.
WATERSPORTS ON OFFER
SCUBA DIVINGWhether you are an experienced diver who wants to head out for an early morning dive or a complete beginner who wants to learn how to dive, Mustique is the perfect place to explore beneath the waves. We also offer children the chance to learn to dive.
SnorkellingJust head down to the Watersports centre and the team will kit you out with a mask, snorkel and fins so you can explore the reefs in Endeavour Bay. You can also go a bit further and see the Coral Restoration project, housed just in front of the Watersports centre.
Stand up PaddleboardsHead out in the early morning calm to paddle around the bay or join a guided sunset paddleboard from the Watersports centre to Basil's Bar, the perfect way to enjoy the sunset, and you end up with a Rum Punch at the end.
SailingThe waters around Mustique are renowned for their fabulous sailing conditions. Beginners and children can take lessons on the Hobie Cats in Endeavour Bay whilst more experienced sailors can charter a range of Schooners and Catamarans.
Yoga on Mustique
Sunrise yoga is a must on Mustique. Make the most of the fantastic yoga offered on island on the beach or in the privacy of your own villa.
Group and private classes are available for both yoga and meditation, taught by our island Wellness guru Charlotte Woolf. Please see the Mustique App for class timetables.

Mustique is a haven for children of all ages. There is a fantastic array of fun activities and events for all ages. For very young children there are nannies and child minders available and the island's intimacy and security allows teenagers to roam safely at their will and mingle with new found friends allowing parents to relax and unwind in confidence.
Our team organise a huge number of activities and events, so whether you want drive in movie night, tennis, pony camp, beach picnics and treasure hunts, and kite flying competitions or tennis and pony camps, yoga, scuba diving and night snorkeling, children will never be bored!
