A Health and Happiness Week on Mustique Island
Mustique is thrilled to launch its first ever wellness festival from 1st - 8th May 2025 'with time to retreat'. This wellbeing week, in collaboration with "The Healthy Holiday Company" and "InSpa Retreats", will offer a blissful programme created and curated by islanders and retreat experts and will be the first of its kind in Mustique’s long and colourful history.
The week’s itinerary is packed with activities designed to rejuvenate both body and mind.
Guests can start their mornings with sunrise hiking, enjoy cardio tennis on the iconic Macaroni Beach, practice fitness yoga overlooking the stunning Lagoon Beach, and participate in Pilates sessions in the state-of-the-art gym. Evenings bring serene sunset breathwork and meditation classes, complemented by indulgent treatments at the Bamford Spa.

Immersive island adventures await, including snorkelling with turtles near Basil’s Bar, sea-swimming alongside horses, and kayaking or paddleboarding from The Cotton House jetty at sunset.
