Health and Happiness Weeks 2026
Following the success of the inaugural ‘Health & Happiness’ week in 2025, Mustique is delighted to announce the return of its unique wellness festival. This year there will be an additional week available, allowing guests flexibility to choose when they would like to retreat and recharge.
These wonderful weeks offering ‘Wellbeing, the island way’, will run from the 14th – 21st May and from 11th – 18th June 2026, once again in collaboration with "The Healthy Holiday Company" and "InSpa Retreats". The blissfully restorative programme is created and curated by islanders and retreat experts.
The itinerary is packed with activities designed to rejuvenate both body and mind. The days start with sunrise hiking and move on to cardio tennis on the iconic Macaroni Beach, fitness yoga overlooking the stunning Lagoon Beach and Pilates sessions in the state-of-the-art gym. Evenings bring serene sunset breathwork and meditation classes, complemented by indulgent treatments at The Spa all set against the backdrop of this unique island’s legendary locations.

Immersive island adventures await, including snorkelling with turtles near Basil’s Bar, sea-swimming alongside horses, and kayaking or paddleboarding from The Cotton House jetty at sunset.
