Following the success of the inaugural ‘Health & Happiness’ weeks in 2025 and 2026, Mustique is delighted to announce the return of its unique wellness festival in 2027.

This blissfully restorative week, created and curated by islanders and retreat experts, offering ‘Wellbeing, the island way’, will run from the 13th – 20th May, once again in collaboration with "The Healthy Holiday Company" and "InSpa Retreats".
